Every year we ask customers for their feedback through our Annual Customer Survey. Over the past few years, you have told us that the things that are most important to you are having a reliable electricity supply, how we respond to power outages, and having information provided to you when outages occur. You also expect us to have a safe electricity network and ensure the community is safe around the network, and you want us to operate sustainably and responsibly, and plan for the future.

In this section, we would like to understand what you think about some of the ways we might improve the service we provide. Don’t forget, anything new usually requires an investment or additional resources and this comes at a cost to all energy consumers.

When it comes to having a reliable electricity supply, we talk about planned outages which are organised ahead of time to maintain and work on the network, or unplanned outages that occur due to weather or for reasons outside of our control.
